It was typical prices. They always found time to see the dogs and the people that worked there were kind.

No reason in particular to not use them again, it is just my daughter's dog and she uses another.

There are a lot of vets at Emerson Animal Hospital, so you can always get in there pretty quickly. The staff up front is very helpful and friendly. They're timely.

Excellent, There are many great doctors on staff, Dr. Lofaro is one, but we have been seeing Dr. Wisegarver since 1987. He is quick, thorough, calm, friendly with our pups without getting them overly excited. He explains everything in detail, suggests options, and takes the path of least resistance. He does not over prescribe, and takes a conservative approach instead of just ordering a bunch of unnecessary tests that many vets do just to jack up the bill.I dont like that they now charge for trimming nails, though, that used to be a complimentary service.

I think their prices are pretty fair. They have never shocked me. They have a lot of doctors there. There is one doctor that I don't really like. Everyone else is nice. They are caring and take their time. I think that they sincerely care about the animal. They are available. I have never not been able to get my pet seen.

In August, my dog's urine tract infection (as diagnosed by Emerson Animal Hospital) got so bad I called during office hours and left a message for a return call. No one called back and by the time I called them back again, they were closed for the weekend. In their voicemail they mentioned another vet in Oradel to bring pets to in an emergency situation, which I did. From the second she walked in, they knew what was going on, but the infection, which was not a urine tract infection had progressed so much that there was nothing they could do and had to put her down. If she would have been diagnosed correctly by Emerson when I first started bringing her in with the symptoms, she would still be alive today!

The doctors are very professional, helpful, understanding, and explain things very well. They care dearly for the animals they are helping, and it shows in their service. I have been there 4 times and had a different doctor each time, which was surprising. To their defense, I've never asked to have the same doctor, and all of them have been wonderful, so it's not an issue... I only wish they were closer to our new home!

I find them to have reasonable prices. They are very caring. They are also helpful and patient when I have an emergency. I usually can get an appointment within a couple of days.

They are very good with my animals. The price is comparable for the area as well. They are honest and reliable. You don t have to wait long to be called either. They are clean and personable as soon as you walk through the door. I am happy with the service. There is no hesitation in my mind that other people will be as well.

The people at this vet are very professional and very nice to us. Our cat seems to really like them and their prices are very competitive. I like the clean atmosphere and recommend them to anyone in the area.

THIS COMPANY WAS OK. I WILL USE THIS VETERINARIAN IN THE FUTURE AND I ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I THINK THE PRICE IS REASONABLE FOR THIS AREA, BUT IT JUST SEEMS EXPENSIVE TO ME.

I THOUGHT THE VET DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH MY DOG, AND TREATED HIM WITH CARE. I FELT THAT THEY WERE TRUSTWORTHY, AND I ANTICIPATE USING THE SAME VETERINARIAN AGAIN.

THEY WERE GOOD, BUT THE WAIT WAS VERY LONG. IT DIDN'T SEEM TO MATTER IF YOU HAD AN APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE ALWAYS BEHIND SCHEDULE. ONE GOOD THING IS THAT THEY ARE LOCAL SO IT ISN'T A LONG DRIVE TO GET THERE.

THEY ARE VERY KIND and CARING TO THE OWNERS and THE ANIMALS. I HAVE BEEN TO THIS VET FOR MANY YEARS and THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING and THEY ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING.
