"Another contractor installed this patio. Dinardi was called upon to repair a section of buckled pavers. Re-doing the entire patio was recommended as we cannot guarantee work not performed by us. The other pavers shifted causing the pavers to buckel again after the repair was done. Offered to do again at the cost of labor only. [member name removed] felt he shouldn’t have to pay anything. *Note, if this section is repaired – odds are it will likely buckel again due to the shifting of the pavers on the rest of the patio."
I had a bad experience with them. I had complained to the owner, that I was billed for something, which I shouldn’t have been and that created the problem. They have another company and they also did some work. Eventually, they had billed both the jobs together. The problem is with the management, which lacks. I will never use their services in future.
"Member had asked the crew when on location to perform extra servcies that were not outlined in the contract/price agreement. When the office discovered extra services had been completed, they were billed out (for that particular time - not past instances) . The Memebr did not wish to pay for the extra servcies because the crew had been doing the extra work each time they came and hadn't been charged before."
