‘Joe’ at Autumn Tree Service (ATS) in Emerson NJ was recommended to us to remove one of the really old, large Juniper shrubs & its stump and to trim another very tall & lengthy Arborvitae. Joe reviewed the work which had to be done and his price was very competitive, so we signed a contract with ATS in the beginning of February and they came and completed the work about a week later. Joe was friendly, very professional and his crew was great. They also answered our questions, mulched all the branches which were removed and cleaned the lawn. We are extremely happy with their work and will recommend them to our friends.

Joe and crew were on time and did exactly what I asked of them. They cleaned up and made sure my property was clean and tidy after they were done. A+++

Because of the devastation from the snowstorm, it was very difficult to get any of the local tree service companies to answer my calls, much less come out to our property. Fortunately I was able to get through to Joseph using the internet request form on his website. He called me back about two hours later and was at my house six hours after that. He arrived with a crew of about 5 guys with a total of three trucks (bucket truck/chipper/regular truck). The crew climbed the tree and used ropes to bring the broken branch down carefully without damaging our house. After the branch was down, they chipped the tree branch and a few other downed trees that we had accumulated from the storm. The entire operation took roughly 45-55 minutes. I am very happy with the overall process. Though it wasn't cheap, I thought the price was fair given the size of the tree and the fact that every local tree service was absolutely inundated with emergency calls just like ours - most were indicating it would take weeks to come out to address our issue.

The men were on time and very professional, cleaning up the entire lawn with serious care when they had finished. The price we received for the service was a very good one considering the size of the trees we had to take down. They also followed up with us when they were done.

After getting the name and number from Angie's List, I called on Saturday afternoon and left a message for "Joseph" to please return my call. He returned my call on Sunday afternoon, and after explaining the situation, he told me that he would stop by within the next week and take care of the limb removal as long as it wasn't an emergency. I assured him that would be fine and looked forward to his taking care of the problem. To my delight, he showed up the very next late morning and took care of the removal in less than two hours! His expertise and positive attitude were evident in all aspects of the work. In fact, when finished, there was no evidence of his having been there.

THEY WERE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY TOOK DOWN THE TREES. I THOUGHT THAT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SKILLED.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT THE JOB EXCEPT WE ALWAYS HAD TO WAIT FOR HIM TO SHOW UP. THEY WERE DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB ANYWAY.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. THEIR WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE, WHICH I REALLY LIKED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
