Appliance Repair
I've just waited all day for Tri-County Appliance to show up at my home for a scheduled service call. Although the appointment was scheduled and confirmed by the company, the service person never showed up. At 6:30 P.M and after waiting in the house all day, we called the service person "Mike" on the cell phone number the company had provided for us. The person who answered tried to mask his voice (we know his voice because he has been here before), stated that he was not the appliance service person, and hung up. Sensing that I was being lied to, I pressed the redial button on my phone. The call went directly to voice-mail: "Hi. This is Mike from Tri-County Appliance Service.......".
