The greatest compliment I could give a contractor is that a) they’re competent and b) they are trustworthy. Fernando is that and more. He’s timely, dependable, knows his stuff and honest. He’s extremely intelligent knows a lot about a lot. He provided advice on the pool heater replacement and also pointed out observations (all of which proved spot on) on other matters (pool filters, air circulation, dehumidifier alternatives). Highly recommend him.

On Friday morning February 6, I noticed my sump pump had stopped
working and my basement was flooding. I dashed out of my house to speak to one
of my neighbors, when I noticed Mr. Quijano's On-Site HVAC and Rooter truck
parked a few houses away. I approached Mr Quijano, explained my problem and he
told me he was finishing a heating job and he would be at my house in a few
minutes.
Abut 45 minutes later, Mr. Quijano came to my house, he inspected
my sump pump and noticed it was clogged with dirt and mud and it had ceased
working. He quoted me $325 for replacing and installing the new pump and
snaking the main sewer line, I agreed.
He went to Home Depot, bought the new pump and as he was
installing it, he showed me how the new pump works and what to do to prevent it
from clogging. When he finished snaking the main line, he even hosed down my
basement floor for me.
I am satisfied with his work and find his fee including the new
sump pump to be very reasonable. The work was completed in about 2.50 hours. including the trip to
Home Depot.
