I'm a widow and to have to go to New York I need to drive to the train station or drive somewhere to catch a bus. I don't want to go alone. The best thing is they don't have to wait if I have dinner or go to a play. If you want him to wait they only charge $10 for 30 minutes. If you want them to wait they will. I just prefer they drop me off and pick me up later. Mr. Miller is very pleasant and easy going. He is a good driver. You feel comfortable with his driving. He is efficient. He is concerned if you are comfortable in his care.

"I am surprised about these comments, on May 2 her Scheduled flight was coming in early at 5:30am instead of 5:52am I got to door 2 at 5:10am. Where I started to text her that I am here at door 2 at passenger pk up. I know she landed at 5:16am as I called the airline to check status. So I texted her again and I never received any response after repeated text messages and an hour and a half later I finally got a response that she was at door 2! My last text was to tell her that I had to leave to pick up another client and that was at 6:50am. Obviously she received my text because she said she was at door 2! I did give plenty of lead way to pk up my next client because it was only a short distance from her home and I did allow lead way for that pk up. Oh I did make several calls to her also but she never pk up the phone. So I pull off to the side of the road to continued the texting and suggested that she take a cab home or I would come back to pk her up at 9:15am she chose to wait for me and told me to come back.At 8:55am I was arriving at the air port when I got a text from her saying that she decided to take a cab! I have all these text messages saved on my cell phone just feeling that this negative comment would be added to my account. I take great pride how I am very concern about my clients concerns I take this position very seriously as Im 72 years old and believe in old school work ethics. Unfortunatly I went into Valley Hosp in Ridgewood for a quad by-pass heart surgery after getting out of Kessler Rehab I am home now recovering and expect to return to work on Jan 13th. this caused a great shock to my family and having my wife being disable it was a little chaos around here but thank God Im alive and will be back stronger than ever. Eddie then contacted me in Mexico to confirm the return information. When I had my luggage I texted him and he picked me right up at the door I specified.
He uses text messaging to confirm all details which is very convenient and avoids misunderstanding.
Driving me home I asked him if he could pick me up the next morning and drive me to the body shop to pick up my car. He said sure and called the next morning to confirm when he would pick me up.
Eddie is a very nice guy, very pleasant and professional. His price is more than reasonable to the airport. I will definitely use Eddie again for any transportation needs I have.
Ernie is an independent contractor his services meet my needs. I didn't want a limo driver to sit and wait for me, but to do other jobs
that met the driver's needs and was still able to provide me services during my time frame.
Ernie is a wonderful person and I have used his services several times. His prices and fair and he's on time an reliable. I'm very
blessed to have met him from Angie's List.

When we returned a week later, he had confirmed the pickup via my cell phone earlier in the day and was waiting for us at the arriving flights. Again, helped us with our bags and drove us home quickly and effieciently.
I would absolutely use his service again.

Ernie did exactly what I wanted and my daughter needed. He was punctual and arrived on time without fail each day that we had scheduled.
My daughter is a healthcare worker and many people depend on her. She was relieved about not missing work and I was just as relieved to know we had contracted with someone who kept his end of the bargain.
My daughter and I can definitely recommend Ernie if you are in need of a reliable car service.
