During the owner's first visit, he did not want to survey the job during because his son was in his vehicle refusing to get out. Although the owner was pleasant to speak with, he demonstrated a disregard of personal boundaries and client needs.The owner dropped off his female worker who spoke no English and did not own a car. The owner's father picked up the worker late from my home.

The job was spotty, corners remained dirty, a full garbage bag was left sitting in the kitchen. Overall, not satisfied.

They were good. They were on time and very thorough. They were also very professional. I'd use them again. I can't say anything bad about them. I was satisfied. They were high quality.

i would recommend this cleaning company for their workmanship and responsiveness. I would suggest that they be told what you need to done. Initially, some of the cleaning did not match my standards but when I requested it to be addressed, the owner responded promptly and addressed my concerns which moved my overall B to A.

The whole job took approx. 2 hours and 15 mins. They did a perfect, professional and neat. Even though they did not speak English very well we had no trouble communicating. Lovely women. Would recommend them to others and would hire again ourselves.

I had a Big Deal. It wasn't really that great. They were in and out in a jiffy. The cleaning wasn't really impressive.

The cleaners didn't speak English, which was a major issue, as it was hard to communicate with them. I asked them to clean one room, and came to find them doing something else. As a result they couldn't finish the whole job within the timeframe. Also they had come 10 minutes late, but the owner claimed they came on time. Not the most pleasant experience.

My kitchen smelled horrible when they were leaving. It smelled like a dirty mop. I made the mistake of letting them bring their own supplies. I had to rewash the floor myself .

The house cleaner was basically on time, just minutes late. She did not speak english so that made it a little hard for me to make clear how I wanted things done. Google translator helped with that. I think she did a good job, some rooms were not moped well. She washed dishes, which was a plus.

I am extremely pleased with the job that was done today. I can't believe the amount of work one woman was able to do in 4 hrs. I am hoping to hire them on a regular basis. Highly recommended... you won't be disappointed!

We purchased 3 hours of cleaning and were pleasantly surprised with how much they got done. They very easy to work with, and we appreciated them being so accomadating on the scheduling. We will use them again.

Nice job overall, but there was one specific area I asked them t clean and it didn't look like they did it.

Very happy with the work. We just purchased our first home and let's just say the previous owners were less than diligent with their cleaning. They originally came with one person, but quickly called in reinforcements. They took care of everything, one less worry when buying a new home. Will use again!

WOW. Probably the most thorough cleaner I've used. Donna even scrubbed the kitchen floors with such detailing that I could eat off them. Will definitely use again.

I was not able to fit into their cleaning package needs. I would have thought that they were supposed to fit into my needs.

I needed an extra hour to finish my home. Will purchase more time in the future.

The main contact is very responsive and prompt. He provided us with an accurate quote before showing up for the initial cleaning and we agreed to continue with bi-weekly cleaning after that. The cleaning went well and the cleaner had proper experience and training. We like that the same cleaner will be coming each time and that she'll be able to develop a routine based on our preferences.

The apartment always smells so clean when they leave.

I've used them for about eight years and they are very good. They are wonderful. I've used them weekly for eight years for two different houses. Michael runs it. He speaks good English and he is very accommodating. I basically coordinate through him to set up services. Ava is my cleaner. I've had others and they were fine. Even if the cleaners themselves don't speak a lot of English I have someone to go back with and coordinate. Basically everything is taken care of. I am able to not be here while they are here. They are very trustworthy and do a good job. They come for 4 or 5 hours and I am a long time customer. I don't know if they charge more for newer customers. They are good. I haven’t priced them for a long time. They are very professional and very nice. I would absolutely recommend them and I have.

It was excellent. We've been using them for a long time. They are reliable and do a great job.
