Ceramic Tile Service
I have been a customer of this retail tile store for several years and have always been satisfied with the tile and their service. However, on this purchase my regular sales person in no longer employed at this company, and I had to work with another sales person going forward on the new job.. After my tile job was completed I realized that I had over purchased by 5 boxes and decided to return them being that I needed to purchase tiles for another larger tile installation.
Thinking this would not be an issue, I loaded the heavy boxes of tile in my car only to find out that they would not take them back for a store credit on the new order, which would have been a small amount of credit. The salesman said rudely " what am I going to do with these tiles, we have sold out of them". However, they did unload and take them back to their warehouse, but no credit issued to me for these tiles.
