I have used Hoti a few times as I write this review. He has done a number of projects around my house - remove kitchen countertops, install backsplash and some appliances, fix walls that had to be removed for repairs behind it, install attic fan. He is hard working and CLEAN. Never leaves a mess even when I tell him it is ok. Every single time I speak him, he answers calls, returns calls and is a pleasure to deal with. I have since given his number to friends. He is honest, hard working and does good work. His prices are very reasonable. As I write this review, I called him again today for another project.

Hoti Construction is phenomenal. From the start, they were responsive, fair, professional, efficient, and good-natured. They fixed the front entrance landing and stairs as well as our sidewalk of our personal home. We interviewed about 8 different contractors for this work; none compared to the professionalism, price, and experience of Hoti Construction. They are honest and will not waste your time with exaggerated quotes. The craftsmanship is top-notch, you can tell the owner really takes pride in his work. The best part is they were able to salvage our railing and all the measurements were spot on. We feel fortunate that we came across this company and intend to use them for future projects.

Your search for a contractor should stop right here. I’m in contract on the sale of my property and I needed someone in a pinch to fix some items that the buyer listed from the inspection. I had a number of contractors stop by for estimates. It was obvious that Bledi knew what he was talking about and his price was right in there. He did a great job repairing my front steps and replacing a lally column. He even did some extra work patching drywall in my garage (no charge) and I didn’t even ask him to. There’s no doubt I’ll be hiring Hoti Construction to do some work in my new house.

Did quality work, on a timely basis at a very fair price. He was very flexible on a couple of mid-project tweaks, one of which was fairly significant, and he also did that extra work for a very fair price. I would recommend. And my neighbors all like the work he did on my house.

Extremely neat, fast, top quality work, personable, and best priced by far. One large company quoted me a price more than twice what I was quoted by Hoti Construction. In fact, after Hoti Construction prepared, spackled, and primed and painted three ;arge ceilings in my living room, dining room, and kitchen (including a vaulted skylight), I was so impressed with his work and price, that I hired him again to repair, spackle, prime, and paint a large section of ceiling in one of the rooms in my office. I highly recommend Hoti Construction.

Bledi did a great job of painting my living room walls, and upstairs hallways within the estimated time! I am hiring him back to paint my ceilings in a few weeks. Arrived on time as discussed, was very easy to work with and promptly responded to any queries I texted him.

High quality work at a very reasonable rate. I kept adding to the list of things to fix around the house and Bledi did all the work patiently within the required timeline. He also cleaned up the himself. I would absolutely use him again for future repairs.

Would I've found, as a woman, is most builders, handymen, etc. try to take advantage of costs when dealing with women. This was not the case. He was approachable, empathetic, knowledgeable, expertly skilled and professional. Would I hire him again? A very definite yes. A very grateful client.

Bledi came to offer a quote for my sons nursery and was professional and was able to fit us in the following morning. He came, got the job done and even patched up a few dents in our basement. We've decided to bring him back for another project, and look forward to continuing to work with him in the future. We brought him back for a tiling job, and his work was precise and thorough.
