Yes, I recommend this pro
Matt came out to see what I needed done and made recommendations as to what kind of faucet to get. He pointed out I didn't have room for a very high-arc faucet because it would interfere with the cabinet above, which I am not sure every plumber would have noticed. He came back to do the install and was professional, neat, pleasant and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier and I am so glad to find a reliable plumber who does great work and shows up when he says he will.

Response from Grossman Plumbing and Heating

"[member name removed], I am sorry you were not completely satisfied with our service. If you recall, you first called us and I explained to you that Hamburg New Jersey was way out of our territory we cover. We serve Bergen County only. You explained to me you had trouble with your earlier plumber and were in a tough spot to get these matters tended too. You insisted on us coming since we came highly recommended and offered to pay a fee for all of our driving time too and from Hamburg. We came and installed all of the cartridges but unfortunately the one that Brizo sent you was the wrong one. I took several pictures of your shower faucet and emailed them as well as spoke to representatives from Delta trying to get you the correct part. Dave made another trip to hamburg to try and identify the part for your Brizo shower. As I explained earlier Hamburg was tremendously out of our territory and it would be quite some time until we would be able to get up there and install it once it came.I am sorry you guys were unhappy and if you have any questions or c concerns please feel free to call us Thanks Matt Grossman"

$485
In September I noticed that there was a small puddle of water near the furnace and a pipe from the furnace looked very corroded. I called David Grossman and had him look at the problem. He said that he could do the job even if the corroded pipe broke while being removed he could chisel it out. I asked how much would that cost, he said about three hundred dollars. Then in October I called him to do the job. David Grossman came with a plumber and later was joined by his son. The job went very well, the pipe was removed without braking so no chiseling was required. Mainly the single plumber worked on the job while David and his son watched and maybe supervised. At 12 noon they came up from the basement and handed me a bill for $485 . I was in sticker shock. I thought since the job had gone so smoothly the bill could  not be more than $300 but manybe less than $300. I guess I was paying for three individuals on the job, although only one was working. I complained about the cost and reminded him of the estimate he had given me. He said he had said a few hundred dollars not $300.Still $485 is not a few hundred dollars in my book. I paid him the amount he asked for but was and am not happy.

"(member name removed). I am sorry you thought the bill was high. If you remember i explained to you, that there was a chance the boiler may have to be replaced if the piping was not able to be removed. The pipe did not come out without any cutting & chisling. It took 30 minutes to drain your boiler. another hr. to cut & remove piping, also 2" piping is very expensive. we also treated your boiler with chemical to reduce the surging. we also replaced the glass gage. the job came out perfect. I would never verbally give a customeran estimate of $300.00 than charge another $185.00. We agreed upon a price of $450.00- $500.00 $485.00 was extremly fair. Also if you remember about 4 yrs. ago another plumbing contractor blatently ripped you off. charging you $500.00 to replace 2. stems. I called the other plumber on your behalf, & convinced him to return most of your money to you. I have hundreds of customers in your town, including neighbors of yours who recomend me all the time. we always provide HONEST DEPENDABLE WORK. Im sorry , you feel you were wronged however you were not"
