I highly recommend Allstate. I had a brand new AC system installed, duct work, all up in a hot attic. Allstate’s price was the best around and was able to do it within a few weeks which was a plus. On the day of the install Eugene and Kirk went over everything in terms of vent placement and any questions I had. They notified me of any issues and what are the possible solutions and let me choose. Eugene was awesome and his crew were all very nice and cleaned up after themselves. They got the job done in one day which was amazing, very hard working crew. The system works amazing and I’m glad I went with Allstate.

Kirt came and located and fixed the issue very quickly. He replaced "run capacitor" in the condenser and AC started to work again. Before him, the other company said the whole system needs to be replaced. I am very happy that he can fix it in a very low cost. I wish he can be more friendly but be able to fix issue is more important.

Fred Werner came to my home back in October of 2016 and ultimately provided a proposal for 2 complete Central AC systems. He was ultimately hired and that may have been the worst choice I have EVER made in my life. They installed the system in December and told me we had to wait until spring to start it up because the temperatures were too low. April came and he had a technician come and after 2 exhausting days, he was still unable to get any of the units running. They claimed that the boards were fried, the float switches were no good, the thermostats are faulty, and they believe there is a short in the system. (Both systems are faulty?) After all is said and done, I had to hire a different (qualified) contractor to fix the systems. Watch out for FRED!! Don't hire them. These guys couldn't coordinate a barbecue.

The guy went to the attic and spent 5 min cleaned up the clogged tube. Then he said the work is done and water is coming out now. I went out and checked the drain tube on gutter. There is no water coming out! He then did more clean up on the tube. He was so eager to leave while he was doing the clean up he asked his assistant to start the car engine.

This is the second time that Allstate serviced our AC system. Each service call was a great experience for us. This is a top of the line service company. We couldn't be any happier with the service that we received.

From our first meeting with Freddie, one of the owners of Allstate Air Conditioning and Heating, we were impressed by both his product knowledge and also of our particular needs. He informed us that not only does he live in our neighborhood, but he also grew up in a similarly configured house. He recommended a dual-stage unit which was a modest increase above the single-stage unit that will allow us to recoup that difference in a few years, but also suggested an attic fan. There is a rebate program for the fan that will allow us to regain almost the entire cost of that unit.
We contracted with Allstate on a Friday, and they were on the job the following Tuesday. They brought a team of 6 workmen that were very professional and thorough. They started at 8 AM, and by noon had the old unit completely removed and were installing the new one. Part of our agreement was that they would move a thermostat from a separate heating and cooling zone in my house that was improperly placed in my kitchen by another vendor to the master bedroom where it belonged. They came up with an elegant and nearly invisible solution to a longstanding problem.
Before they left my home they did a thorough cleanup. All in all I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I have no reservation using them in the future.

We encountered issues with the A/C not cooling the house, running out of coolant. We contacted Allstate and the lead tech, Kirk came up and ran dye through the system free of charge since this was an ongoing issue on a less than 5 year old system.

About a week later Kirk came back out and found that a nut was loose on one of the main pipes in the attic. Kirk tightened the nut - checked the rest of they system (inside and out) and was confident that this was the source of our leak and also assured us that we should no longer have any problems.
Kirk was very professional and apologetic that we had to deal with this problem and assured us that they will stay on top of it.
We are very happy that they stood behind their workmanship and took care of us right away.
