 + -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH JAMES. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF YOUR HOME AND A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE TO HELP YOU ADDRESS ANY ISSUES.
Description of Work: HOME INSPECTION. WE NEEDED AN INSPECTION ON A HOUSE WE WERE BUYING AND HE GAVE A VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY. HE ALSO RECOMMENDED A TERMITE INSPECTOR THAT PROVED TO BE JUST AS THOROUGH AND REASONABLY PRICED (MIDLANTIC TERMITE). JAMES CAME TO PA FROM ELMER, NJ AND SPENT 3 HOURS WITH US GOING OVER EVERYTHING FROM MINOR FIXES TO SERIOUS CONCERNS. HE SPENT TIME WITH MY HUSBAND AND I EXPLAINING EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE FELT CONFIDENT WE GOT OUR MONEY'S WORTH.
