+ -1 moreCalled Mon. AM at 830 AM, repairman showed up as scheduled at 12:30. Fixed problem in 1/2 hour and explained what he had done. This was after I had scheduled a local company to come on Fri and they were a no show/ no call. Brunner is very professional, from the lady who answered the phone and inquired about the problem. Technician was tops. Use this company if you want competent and friendly service.
Description of Work: Repaired one unit so we could live again in the downstairs of our house.

+ -1 moreIt was a frustrating experience for us as homeowners and for the repair man.
Description of Work: Fixed our air conditioning unit. The top floor zone of our 2 zone unit didn't work and kept dumping all the freon put into it. Bob Brunner tried various methods to locate and fix the leak and T valve and get the unit to hold freon and cool properly again. It was a trial and error job hunting for the leak as Brunner's didn't install this system and the person who installed it is no longer around and the system is 19 years old and the leak was illusive.

Description of Work: Woke up on the coldest morning of the year without heat. Called Brunner Heating and Cooling before 8:00 AM. Mr Brunner answered and told me he'd be right there! Came within an hour, diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour for less than anyone else I called quoted. He is kind, professional and fair. If you live around Elmer, NJ I highly recommend him. I'm happy to support our local contractors.
