Chris was recommended by another Angie's List handy-person who made the recommendation after he was unable to do the work. Chris called promptly, and seemed to immediately understand the problems we had been having. He was even able to finish most of the work during his first visit. He arrived on time for the appointment, worked quickly and cleaned up the work site before leaving. Chris had to come back a second time to install hardware he didn't have with him during his first visit and again, he did the work quickly and well and for a very modest price. It was great working with someone who understood how the windows worked, and could come up with such effective and inexpensive solutions.
