The work was measured with the exact dimensions and only had to be done once. They brought other materials that they might need, like spacers that go be between the furniture and the glass.

We really needed to replace our windows. Our house was built in approx.. 1920, and the windows hadn't been changed since. We looked at a couple of companies, but they all said they couldn't provide a wood colored frame and cross-hatch for the windows. We found Royal Prime in the phone book, and when we went to their website we were extremely impressed with their work. The owner's son came to our house to show us the samples and explain how their production works. He also invited us to the shop to look at how they make the windows. They had an above average product for a bit more than the other companies. The specialty windows that we decided to do were about $400 extra per window. The windows were all ready in 2 wks, and installed when done. The only complaint we had was they didn't clean-up so well, but the product is AMAZING and the installation was AMAZING. They put all of our moldings back up, and they made sure all of the windows worked.
