Ralphy showed up promplty on schedule and was very professional.  He immediately started inspecting the furnace and performed a thorough cleaning of the unit and parts.  He had explained what he did, as well as, the condition of my heater.  He ran a test at the end to show the efficiency of the unit.  I was pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

The service turned out well. They were very thorough and they were punctual. He was informative and he enlightened me on a few things with the system.

I purchased the deal on Angie's list on Thursday and sent a note to Ralphy asking he could come on a weekend day. Ralphy responded on Saturday morning by sending an email back to me and he called to say that 'Yes" he does work on Saturday and that he is available today if that was convenient. We scheduled for him to come 2 hours from the time of the call. He came exactly on time, he did a beautiful job not only cleaning the boiler but he also painted the front plate, he replaced the glass gauge seal so that it will not leak. He also measured the efficiency and gave me the document that indicates the reading on the efficiency assessor. He was very polite, prompt and professional and he gave me great service. What a great guy he it!! I will recommend Ralphy to everyone!!

 He thoroughly cleaned the units and ran a diagnostic test to determine the efficiency of the units.  He was very professional and explained everything.    I will definitely use him again and also refer him to my neighbors.

I called this Company by referral. A friend of mine gave me their number  when I called and talked to them they gave me an appointment for the next day. They arrived to my house 10 minutes before, disclosure them selves, and handout a professional business card to me. they did a complete check out to my system, by the time they finished I felt the difference throughout the house, they explained me what would be a good setup for my thermostat to save energy and keep the house in a comfortable temperature. Ralphy was recommended by a friend of mine. Ralphy responded to my phone call immediately. Ralphy is very well presented, he also is a very friendly people person. Ralphy before he installed my new Furnace, he gave me a free estimate. Ralphy is also a very honest technician, before installing, he pin point the problem, which was a cracked heat exchanger. The Furnace was very old and warn out, so i preferred to install a new high efficient one. I highly recommend Ralphy too anyone!!
