I am 42 yrs old, have seen cleaning services all my life, even while growing up. I've had alot of good and bad services, but Valeria and her team are one of the best I've used! She is extremely punctual, showed up for an estimate exactly on the dot, gave me a VERY reasonable price, and promised that it would always be her and the same two women (total of 3) coming to clean each time. She gave me a list of supplies to buy with photos too, and because I was too busy, she even bought them for me on her own time (I reimbursed her, but still she spent alot of time getting them!)
She brings her own vacuum and cleaning rags, and she did small details like the inside of my windows and my blinds. Many cleaning services miss them! She even noticed that my paper shredder was full and emptied it for me! (It was hiding beneath my desk and not easily visible yet her sharp eyes caught it!)
She also went above and beyond on her own and sprayed my carpet stains with a remover and then vacuumed. Really amazing work and initiative, I didn't have to hover or point out missing spots like I normally do, I could completely relax.
The only negative is that she doesn't have insurance to cover in case of any breakage / damage. I usually insist on that, but I've found that usually problems don't happen and the family owned services like hers do a better job because they care, than the professional companies with multiple maids and insurance. So I am taking a chance and going with her. She said she is looking into insurance but it's $3000 a year, so I completely understand why its tough for her to afford, especially given her low rates.
Would highly, highly recommend, you will be lucky to have her!

The ladies came on time, and brought their own vacuum cleaner, mops, rags, and buckets. When they came to give me an estimate they told me the type of cleaning products to by. They thoroughly cleaned the entire house! Our household consists of 2 parents, 3 kids, 3 cats, and 2 dogs, so there is always plenty of pet hair to be removed. They don't mind our animals and even changed the bed linens and moved living room furniture to vacuum underneath it. When they were done, the house looked and smelled fabulous. It is always such a pleasure to have them come and they consistently do a fantastic job.
