My basement refrigerator conked out exactly when I was going to need it badly. 2 friends said that they had used Jacobson's, each of them for over 30 years. I called the owner of the company on Thursday and explained that looks, color, etc. didn't matter. I just wanted a trustworthy self-defrosting refrigerator asap. He told me he had just the one I needed, the price was right, and it was delivered the next day, exactly the time they said it would be!
