pool cleaners
 + -1 moreI took the cleaner in because it was not working properly, but the retailer was only able to fix it 90% of the way. I took it back and they replaced all of the parts, however it still didn't seem to be working completely. They recommended I contact Hayward who said that they could no longer issue a credit for the cleaner because it was out of warranty, but offered to fix it for free. I sent it to them through UPS and they sent it back within 3 weeks and it is now working properly.
Description of Work: I purchased a pool cleaner from a local retailer and I hired Hayward to do the repairs of the cleaner.
