 + -1 moreThe estimate was given on one sheet of paper. The person asked for a refundable deposit of $2500, to provide referrals, insurance, and statement of work. Giving the deposit in good faith without signing the estimate. After which I never seen anything that was stated. No contract was ever given. They did return my call saying they would do the work still nothing was ever seen. When I demanded the deposit back the company then stopped return my calls.
Description of Work: We wanted to attach a conservatory to our home. Also add glass panels to an our sunroom.
