For six months following the installation and after numerous calls asking him to return on his convenience (since it was external work and I didn't need to be present), he eventually stopped returning my calls. On the two occasions when he did answer my call (apparently not screening), he said he was in the midst of an immediate issue and would call me back within the hour. That never happened. I make a point of having agreeable relationships with service providers and thought I had developed a trusting one with Rob. However, something has changed. Do not use this service provider. He will take your money and not necessarily complete the work.
Description of Work: Owner-operator Robert Gregoire did some prior work to remove squirrels from my attic, which I worked well though a little expensive. This time around squirrels needed to be removed from a different roof area of my house and so I called him with confidence. Rob promptly installed the caging to get the squirrels out but that caging still remains attached to my home at this time. Part of the service I prepaid for was to cover the hole with aluminum siding after the removal of the caging.

1)All work was done according to contract (removed member name) was getting work other work done on house at the time. 2)We also got rid of her squirrels at half the cost not counting all the additional work we have done for (removed member name) at no additional charge. We are sorry you feel this way
