Reached out to them for a tree cutting, initial responses were on point, came out to my house to give me an estimate, all of that was fine, but when I reached out and was ready to schedule a date, nowhere to be found. I was ghosted, thus, 3/5. I ended up reaching out to another company to do the tree cutting work instead. If you're not available, tell the client that, don't ghost.
