Harry is great; so far so good!  He has been so responsive to me and flexible around my schedule with setting up the AC tune up.  When he came out for the tune up, he inspected the AC and heating systems and was able to give me a lot of information on the age and condition of the units.  He had to go up into my attic which was probably over 100 degrees and he did it with a smile!!  This is our first year with him but so far so good!!

I called Harry Persand based on the advice of a neighbor who had been using him for years.  Harry responded immediately, arrived on the date and time we agreed on. He is friendly, professional and efficient.  I intend to use Harry as my go to HVAC company for my shore rental. My real estate company will have his name and number to address any probelms.

Harry has been taking care of our heating and air-conditioning needs for so many years, I can't remember exactly. He took care of a real mixed-up mess of a system for several years after we bought our house. Initially, we had others come to work on the system; and it was always still a mess; and not working correctly. By luck, Harry came to work on it; and made it work just fine. He kept it going for quite a long time.  Ultimately, we had him replace the heaters and air-conditioners and hot-water heater. Everything is so efficient and easy to use. I can tell the difference in my utility bills. The heat and air come on instantaneously when we adjust the thermostat. Everything works like a charm. If I have a question, as I did today, Harry returns my call right away. He gets us the correct filters and air-conditioner covers and anything else we need.  We have a yearly policy with Harry; so a year or so ago, when we needed a new motor, he was right there with a new one. No service charge and a nominal amount towards the cost of the motor. I have confidence we would never be left in the lurch if we ever had any problems; and from what I can see, we pay less than we would with anyone else. Plus, the quick attention; and taking the time with something that really isn't part of his work gives me confidence that we have someone to rely on when necessary.
