Remley Construction

Initially they did excellent work and we were very satisfied. They came back and installed a window in our mudroom and it was less than satisfactory. They were a little late getting the work done. They put the window in and it didn't fit properly, then they painted it shut.  I had to wait 3 weeks for them to come back and fix the window. Eventually they came back and fixed it but we would not use them again.

Everything went very well. Mark and Tina started work as promised and, came back and replaced a light for us a few days later. Thank you, Great Job.

They are always there when I need them. If they're on another job, they let me know so I won't be 'hanging around' thinking that their immediately available. Otherwise, they run over very quickly if there is an emergency, regardless of another project, to get the emergency under control until they can get back to do a complete job.
They have not cut corners on any of the work they've done for me and I always get a square deal.
If they are great at balancing projects if the weather is inclement, between outdoor and indoor work.
I highly recommend this company. They work hard and clean up after themselves.

The bathroom floor at the house was rotted and very weak. First Remley gave me a written quote itemizing everything that needed to be done. They said they would be at the property on a specific day at a specific time, and they were there just as they promised. Once they began the work is when they discovered that there were three layers of sub flooring and not one, but they went ahead as planned. They also found a leak which was causing the floor to rot in the first place, which they repaired. In addition to replacing the floor and repairing the leak, they installed a vent and repaired some ceiling sheet rock. They began work at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday and completed the job within 48 hours.
I have used Remley Construction in the past, also. They replaced kitchen cabinets and did several various other jobs on the house with the same diligence and thoroughness. I've recommended them to several other people who have also used their services, and they told me that the work Remley Construction did was excellent.
Remley Construction is local, family owned and operated. They have a Facebook page, but I do not use Facebook so I could not and quot;likeand quot; them or I would have. I really like them because they are dependable and reasonable; they say what they mean and mean what they say, are excellent in communicating and discussing with their customer.
