Peter and the workers where great. They had no problem with me being around and making suggestion as the project went on. Work was done very fast and professional. Gave him picture of fireplace and he duplicated it perfectly.

Our project was pretty extensive which was adding a full second floor. Peter was very professional, with daily communication as to progress, ordering materials etc. The job was completed on time and within the quote. His prices are very fair. He was up front and told us what any additional costs would be because we had made some changes.. As with any project, there were a few bumps in the road but Peter and his team of Lee, Mike, Joe and Ramon were right on it and rectified any issues. Highly recommend Peter Tocco. He made our dream house come true!!

I hired him because of his good reviews,reasonable price & because he could not only replace the roof but repair the interior,as well.I am very pleased with the work.His roofers worked from 8-6 without taking a break.The following day when they finished the job,they cleaned the grounds with a blower.It was not an easy job to do,but the job was started on time,& finished on time.I would use him again & recommend him to anyone.

Peter was responsive, professional and courteous throughout every stage of the major renovation of our Brigantine condo. His original estimate was detailed and allowances were given for all purchases, so that we could opt to shop for items of lower price if we chose to. His team began on the date promised. Peter answered my many questions by email, phone or text almost immediately, and sent photos of the project as it progressed, as I was out of town during the work. The job took slightly longer than anticipated, but that was due to material delays, and could not have been helped. Lee, the project manager on site, was a perfectionist in his work, and that was greatly appreciated. There were only minimal surprise costs, and the final bill was exactly what had been estimated. This was a moderate sized project consisting of stripping wallpaper and painting in 2 rooms, ripping up flooring in the kitchen and laying tile, ripping up carpeting and laying new carpeting in 2 rooms and stairs, installing electricals, and finally, designing and building a custom-made wall unit for electronics (it's awesome!). Peter was calm and deferential throughout the whole project, even if I requested a change. Nothing fazed him; if it looked like it might be a problem, he had a plan. He paid attention to little details, always saying, "no problem, I can [fill in the blank]." Not the lowest estimate, but the best. Worth every penny!
