Ceramic Tile Service
The tile that was installed by Mr. Palandro, who was working for Miller Homes at the time and was totally unacceptable. There were lips on more than 25% of the tile in each room. Miller Homes and John Palandro denied that there was anything wrong with the tiling installation. Miller Homes has a warrenty guarantee, the complaint went to arbitration and it was decided that ALL of the tile in the house had to be replaced. It was determined that Mr. Palando who claims 30 years experience, installed the tile without laying the correct amount of cement or grout. In various areas, no cement was installed. Mr Palandro also installed a backsplash. He failed to complete this job. The tiles that he installed were out of alignment. Not only did Mr. Palandro fail to complete this job, but where the backsplash was hidden by a refrigerator, he failed to wipe the excess grout from the wall. The Shower stall that Mr Palandro installed , the tiles were not aligned, The tiles were not sealed. Due to this, water penetrated the tile and mold grew behind the stall.
