 + -1 moreI could not be happier with One Way LLC. My brand new TV was damaged, and lucky for me American Express was able to cover the damage through their extended warranty. They did however require me to get an estimate. I called about 10 companies and they all wanted between $65 and $100 to come in for the estimate. One Way LLC was able to give me a totally free estimate over the phone after I explained the damage to them. They even went as far as speaking with the insurance company Amex uses to further explain things. As it turns out the cost to repair the TV was more than the TV itself, but I would not hesitate to use them in the future and I likely will soon.

 + -1 moreHe came out and looked at the TV and said he would get back to me. He had to call RCA and they quoted him $185 for a replacement part but he explained that he did not think this would solve the problem. He said I could get a new TV for about the same price so I decided to do that. He went out and got the new TV for me and installed it.
Description of Work: I had problems with my three year old RCA television. I got a new remote and new batteries and nothing worked.
