Description of Work: "I had suspected mold was spreading in our unfinished basement ceiling. A representative came out to evaluate, take multiple samples, explain the removal process, and provide a cost estimate so that I wouldn't be blindsided. The test results did come back positive for mold. Fortunately, we were able to get on the schedule within about 2 weeks. A crew of two arrived on time and were very respectful and professional! I am a detail-oriented person and was thrilled about the way they proceeded to organize, protect, treat, and clean the whole, large area. My basement was left cleaner from top to bottom! It took the greater parter of a day to do the work, but I was told up front. Air scrubbers were left to run overnight. The same rep returned to reclaim the air scrubbers and performed a post-test. A small amount of mold was still being detected in one area so one of the gentlemen came back (on a different day) to complete the job. My impression was that all three of the employees performed their jobs thoroughly and took pride in their work. To MDRS: Sorry for taking SO long to write a favorable review. It was shortly after the job was completed I was diagnosed with not one, but two, different cancers. And, no, not as a result of mold in case anyone thought I was suggesting that!"

Description of Work: We received an inspection, assessment, indoor air sample test, inside swab test and outside air test for mold in a house we are buying. The company was very responsive and was able to help us on short notice. They follow up with the results quickly. There was good communication via phone and email through the process. They provided detailed reports which were helpful in understanding the problem and solutions.

Description of Work: Remediated mold due to lack of circulation in attic. Used nontoxic, natural Oil of Tyme. This product is equivalent to much more toxic products that require the resident to leave the residence during the process. A critical factor due to my COPD and we have pets in the house

Description of Work: I called this company on a Sunday morning a week after Hurricane Sandy flooded the first floor of my house. I was expecting to get an answering service, but instead, Dan Rostelli the owner picked up on his mobile phone while he was driving. He pulled over, talked with me, and promised to send one of his people to examine my damage and provide an estimate which included "demolition" of the floors and walls, and treatment for the mold. Angela appeared two days later at the appointed time, did the examination, and sent an estimate the next day. The work was performed as promised over a 3 day period the following week. The workers were friendly and professional, and very attentive to my concerns.
