The sales person is  that tested and observed the mold in our attic and sent it out for testing was very pleasant and professional. lt turned out to be one of the lesser toxic molds but she made arrangements for our attic to be scrubbed and then treated with a nontoxic Oil of Tyme immediately and then use an air scrubber to eliminate any spores that may remain in the air. 
The team that did the work was very punctual and pleasant. They brought all their own equipment down to even the trash cans they needed and took even the trash with them. The gentlemen that did the work needed to move some items being stored above the garage but volunteered to move it to the garage when they noticed we had started putting some packed items out there. No one wants to hear they have a mold problem but this was by far, the most pleasant experience we could have wished for. A final swab was taken at completion of the remediation to verify that the area was clear of any mold spores.
Since we were in the process of selling our home, it was critical we get a environmentally friendly and nontoxic process that we can show documentation to the buyer.

Dan was at my home at the appointed time. Very punctual! He discussed with me in detail the process that he was using and what the next step would be. I think they have a great company.

Dan was wonderful. He and his assistant came out the day after my call. He was extremely professional and polite. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to correct it. Treated the problem immediately. He said if odor persisted we should call him again. Although the odor was better, some still remained.

I called again, he returned, no additional charge. Tried another location and odor was eliminated entirely.

We were very impressed with Dan and his company and would recommend him to anyone in need of remediation.

THE following day our builder called to tell us that there was evidence of mold all over. We stopped payment on the check and have never heard from them since. My husband researched long and hard to find the right company, didn't work. We had an engineer come out to look at the house, while we were dealing with the mold we removed an in-ground tank of oil. Yep it had spilled. So we wanted some advice. He didn't address the oil spill, but did say that there was so much mold inside and outside our house that the only thing that could be salvaged was the ROOF....So now we are into demolition and rebuilding. I am really going to be visiting this site a lot to get recomendations.
