From receiving an estimate to the installation of our new heater, Herb arrived when he said he would and the installation went smoothly and they left no mess behind. Herb is responsive when you contact him and his price is very fair. I highly recommend him.

Great! Herb re-filled our lines and charged us a fair price. After a few days and an apparent leak, Herb came back, located the leak in the line and repaired it all in an hours time. HONEST AND PUNCTUAL Will use Herb for all my HVAC needs!

The installation and removal of the old system by Herb Settle went very smoothly. I requested quotes from several A/C Service providers in the area, and was impressed with Herb's selection of equipment (he offered a superior, heavier-duty unit versus a number of his competitors), his ability to get the job done right away, and his pricing. I appreciated that he was sensitive to my needs for promptness, especially given it was the height of the summer months and quite hot outside. I would recommend Herb Settle Heating & Air Conditioning to ANYONE that needs a high quality job done in a very prompt and professional manner. I am leaving specific price data out of this review as every job is different. However, I did perform a stringent price comparison among several suppliers, and Herb was easily the most reasonable.

Excellent, AAA+++ service. I cannot say enough good things about Herb Settle. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. Because of the age of my a/c unit I was told I'd need a new unit and a new heater coil due to recent changes in refrigerant costing thousands. Herb tested the unit, discovered the defective part and I had a/c again in under an hour! He's fair, reasonable and honest!

Mr. Settle was very responsive and came out the same day that we called. We were so thankful he had evening hours which work best for our work schedules. Herb is AMAZING!! The heating/AC unit went out in our rental unit. We had a top plumber in our area look at it and were told we needed a new unit for $5000-$8000. We were devastated but we looked around for a second opinion and found Herb. He came the day after we called and fixed the unit quickly for $100!!!! Herb is so up-front, honest and willing to help, I will ABSOLUTELY call him for any other issues and I recommend him whole heartedly!

The only thing that could have gone better was not to need new unit. Other than that, Herb came to the rescue on one of the hottest days of the summer and did a great job!!!

Herb did a great job. He came out and gave an estimate when he said he would. He took the time to explain everything and discussed options that were available. He and his worker were neat, friendly and did everything in the time they said they would. Job was on budget and the air conditioner works great. Mr. Settle responded himself...quickly and efficiently. He gave me a convenient appointment time, showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it...it turned out to be a simple electric connection fix. He checked the system, added some coolant and stayed until we had evidence that the issue was truly resolved. Without my prompting, he also told me my system, although older, was fine and would do good service for several more years...saved me grief and money. A little bit money than I had originally expected, but the quality of service and professionalism was top notch. The price was fair for what was done. Herb also answered many questions that I had. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Wonderfully. I called and owner picked up, as advertised. He came to look at our unit, confirmed need for replacement, and gave a competitive estimate...all on the same day I called! He then spoke to me on the phone to explain in detail why the unit needed to be replaced. This kind of responsive, personal service is extremely rare these days.
