John was great. He has an easy-to-get along - with personality He aims to please for real, not just a cliche. You can tell he has a strong work ethic and is reliable and honest. He was also punctual. I would tell the public to be reassured when they hire him to come into their homes, their sacred spaces. He will do it justice and more, even reaching those tough high places and nooks and crannies that can breed mold. Money well spent!
