in short, these guys ROCK! The installation was performed over 2 days. Their original quote was the amount I paid. They exceeded my expectations in that they sprayed at least the 2 inches. I must admit I had issues with their not putting the Bayseal CCXP product on the invoice, and using the word and quot;nominal 2 inchesand quot; on the invoice.
The installers, Gregg Baughton and Pete did an amazing job of reassuring me that they knew exactly where, what, and how to spray. They were very experienced in applying the BaySeal CCXP product, and took all the appropriate precautions. I came into the house 2 hours after they finished and hooked up an air scrubber that I rented from Sunbelt to diffuse some odor, and was surprised to note the odor was faint to none the both the first and second nights. The second day went just as smoothly. I even asked the installers to take pictures of the chemicals in the truck( lot/serial/batch) of the foam chemicals for our records, and they did so without issue. Outstanding product and outstanding services !
The owner even stopped by to check on the work after the first night. He should be very proud of his team, and Bayer should be very pleased with this vendor. Excellent job! Extremely knowledgeable of the installation of the product; the spray application team was very professional and polite. It's been a week so far..no odors in the house..it's nicely insulated, and I highly recommend both the product AND Fortune Insulation Contractors, Inc. !!!!
They were on schedule, on time, and on budget!
