We were pleased with the roof. He has a poor work ethic and never showed up promptly. He made many excuses to not work. He had given me an estimate and we ammended it to add on a few other projects. This job was supposed to take 4 days and took 8 weeks. We were under a tarp for 8 weeks until we demanded him to finish the work. We had to pay for extra material he needed, but was shy of receipt. He is also yet to finish my bathroom that was included in the contract. He took pictures of the job and is yet to turn them into us for our attorney. I even reccommended him to friends and neighbors and they also had bad experiences.
Description of Work: He redid the roof on our garage. He also came in to inspect the upstairs because of the leak from a previous contracter. We worked out a contract to repair a previous contactors work.
