They had to go thru a wall and replace a leaking faucet in the bathtub and under a sink. They left the area clean when they were done, and the job looked perfect as though nothing had been done except for the damage to wall. It had to be done to access it.

Had an assistant help with work. Charged me for his labor and he literally did nothing. The new valve repair was fine. The toilet constantly running problem was not repaired, but was charged.

We had a blocked kitchen sink drain when we called Davidson Plumbing. By the morning, just before they arrived, the sink was draining slowly. With dogged perseverance, the problem was found and rectified, something which, over the years, three other plumbers had tried to fix (the slow draining problem). Not only did the drain get unclogged, pipes got replaced when, way down in the system, a major grease clog was found. The drain had started working over night because the pipes couldn't take it any more and started to leak slowly into the basement. After three hours, the problem was finally found, fixed, and we were given advice on how to prevent this from being a problem in the future.
Because I had asked about the costs of on-demand water heaters, we talked a bit about them and we ended up having our electric water heater drained. A water pressure problem was fixed when it was discovered that the valves from the well, and the water heater valves weren't fully open. No extra charge for this service.
We also asked for estimates on getting a garbage disposal and were given all the reasons not to, so no one was out to just take our money. What a pleasant situation.
We have a working sink again, better water pressure, not a bit of mess to clean up, and a plumbing company we trust
