Both technicians were great. I did not have to wait, and Dominique changed the air filter for me.

Cole is possibly the best service person I have ever met. I feel he is down to earth, honest, knowledgeable, and has everything u need to demonstrate trustworthiness in ur business and NOT be in the business just to make money. I wish our supposed “leadership” of our country could take a page out of Cole’s playbook on how to be an empathetic and trusted partner.

We were very happy with our experience with Comfort Now. Casey, Rob & Dom were all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are satisfied with our new system and would recommend Comfort now to family and friends.

Estimator Matt,- quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable,answered all ?s thoroughly, was able to schedule the replacement immediately. Installers Dominic & Brian - , extremely courteous, knowledgeable, cleaned up thoroughly.

My air conditioner wasn’t working and it was a fairly simple problem to fix.  Basically they found the problem.

The workman came promptly and gave me an idea of how much longer my heater would run. They system is almost 20 years old. I felt that he was honest and did a good job in cleaning my system.

It never went. They called to verify that I would pay for this myself and then came out to look at my system, measure and review. I was told I would get a proposal. A month later and three phone calls to check in and verify that they had my email and phone number. After 3 times of being promised that someone would be in touch with me and not hearing anything....Can someone recommend a company that can assist me? I even asked that if they did not want to do the service to please let me know so I can go ahead and find someone else. The only reason that I did not give them a D and not an F is that the receptionist was very nice and the rep that came out seemed to be very knowledgeable. I just guess they do not need the work and can pick and choose what work they decide to do.....

Henry arrived at the appointed time & with an introduction handed me his business card. He explained the work to be done, answered my questions and was done in less than 45 minutes. I liked the professionalism. I signed up for the annual contract to service both heating and a/c I liked him so well.

I called Bob at 10:30 Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend with a non working air conditioning system. Cole was there and and fixed the problem by 11:30 am. No extra charge for the weekend call either. Highly recommend these friendly, efficient, and highly competent professionals!  Couldn't ask for anything more!
