I get my 3 months service check done here all the time. The folks at the service desk are friendly and knowledgeable. They take you serious and try to help you when you tell them your car is making a funny sound and you try to mimic it. I am pleased with the service I receive from Chapman Ford in Egg Harbor Township. They have a courtersy car that will take you where you want to go if you don't want to wait for your car.

I have taken my Escape to Chapman about twice a year for the past 4 years and have been pleasantly surprised. This is the first time I have regularly taken a vehicle to a dealership for service, after some bad experiences years ago. The staff at Chapman is personable, knowledgeable and helpful.

Work was completed and car was ready within a very reasonable time I've been getting service from Chapman for about 8 or 9 years now, and have always been satisfied.

While I didn't go to Chapman Ford, I was interested in 4 new tires and new brake pads and rotors on my Ford Edge. Since Chapman Ford is not to far, I e-mailed them through their web site contact link to get a price on the job. I specified the tire brand, model and, size that I wanted, the make and, exact model of my vehicle and, asked for a price for the total job, saying that I would call for an appointment if the price was reasonable.
Well, apparently, they either didn't want the job or, didn't bother reading the e-mail because I never got a response. Rather unprofessional
on their part. Why even have a contact link on their web site if they're not going to answer it. Well, that's $1400 that they lost out on and another local service shop got.

They were okay with me bringing in my own tires and they installed them. They let me bring my own oil for an oil change. They tell me what is wrong and they offer to fix it for me. They know that I do my own repairs. They do not pressure me, they are excellent, and they are better on price.

Chapman has a great service department - I can't say enough good things:
1. I like being able to schedule my appointment online.
2. Kevin at service desk was excellent - professional and helpful.
3. My Escape was ready on time, actually 1/2 hour early.
4. Price was reasonable for a dealership and hours are convenient.
5. I accidently left my wallet on front seat and was thrilled to find it right where I dropped it with cash and credit cards.
