I found Blinded By The Shore online but don't recall if direct or via Service Magic. I phoned and was connected to Service Magic which initiated a prompt response from Steve Mollenkopf, owner of Blinded By The Shore. He came immediately to review my options for the windows, discuss prices and discounts and the fact that he deals directly with the manufacturer. I was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. He delivered my blinds on schedule, installed them, instructed me on their care and use, and left the room perfectly clean. It was a pleasure dealing with Steve and I feel I would call him again when I'm ready to install other window treatments in my new home.
