Overall it was terrible. It was way behind schedule. The process was started in April and was supposed to be complete before June 16th, it wasn?t finished until July 20th. That was the first problem. It was very hard to get a hold of the general contractor throughout the entire job. The timing for each job took forever. I ended up having to go over the general contractor head and call all the sub-contractors myself to get questions answered. The concrete footing by the mason ended up with a lot of concrete in the bottom of the pool. The landscaper that came to lay our sod actually came over to us and told us there was a lot of concrete in the pool that wasn?t supposed to be there. Now there are leaks in the pool and we are losing water and they aren?t taking responsibility for the leak which I believe is due to the concrete tearing it. We?ve only had the pool a month and they?ve been the only ones to work on the pool. They did the pool set up and the chemicals and no one else has worked on it. The only person that has maintained the pool this far is them.

Still waiting for the resolution either in the form of the original installation purchased or an entire refund of the monies paid.

Knowledgable, effiicient. Took a look at our filter (at our request) and made some good suggestions about that as well.
