All County Carpet & Furniture Cleaning

The owner was punctual, respectful, and very professional. He cleaned up after himself. He worked very hard to remove spots in carpeting. He spent quite a bit of time here making sure he did the very best job possible. We were quite pleased with the results and with him.

The All County operator's demeanor was pleasant and professional. He wore a clean uniform, his equipment was well functioning, and he was very knowledgeable. His equipment was portable which meant everything was in my home and this was a huge plus for me. I don't like companies with truck mounted equipment, where they have to leave the door of my house open to run long hoses from the truck inside my home. It let's in bugs, and let's out air conditioning/heat. All County's portable system is so much better. And he constantly used clean water in his machine, not recycled dirty water in a truck unit. I was completely happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone who needed this service.

I have never had a bad experience with this provider. It not only went well but Craig was able to remove stains another larger company tried to remove when I had a sudden emergency and in haste called a company with trucks containing hoses. Unfortunately they could not remove the stains, draged spiders and debris into my home and left a rather sticky film on the carpets which seemed to attract even more dirt. I called Craig to redo what the larger company had done and much to my surprise and satisfaction he cleaned it so well, removing all stains, the carpets looked new and smelled fresh. Very professional, taking pride in his work. He does not recycle dirty water as others do with their high powered hoses but provides hands on cleaning. He and his partners are very pleasant and move the funtiure for an even better result. Very happy and will continue to use his services.
