I was very distressed over the information that they gave me. They gave me wrong information twice. I called and told them I had 15 paint cans, household items and other old garden tools. When the truck arrived that morning, I told them that I needed to return to my home 7 hours away and I asked that they show up early. The movers told me that they are not authorized to remove paint cans with liquid in them. I called the office back and said that  movers were not willing to remove the paint cans, as this was primary reason I had hired this company because I did not have time to dispose of this waste. The office stated that they had no record that I requested the removal of the paint cans. They told me to go to home depot as they have a paint recycling program. So I contacted home depot and they told me they do not have a paint recycling program. I am very dissatisfied with the communication with this company. They did do the job, but If this is all they were going to do, I could have taken care of household goods and garden items myself. They told me that they charged by the amount of space the items take up and I was surprised at how small the size of the truck was that they showed up in.
