I am a home Buyer and Dave Miller exceeded our expectations by far! His inspection was thorough, he took his time and never rushed us. We have small children and his priority in the inspection was to ensure a safe dwelling for them. I am amazed at his attention to detail. He pointed things out that I didnâ t even consider. He was very knowledgeable about materials used to construct the house and gave us a history lesson on the success or failure of those materials. You can see this is not a job for Dave, but instead itâ s a passion of his. He is devoted to his line of work and does not rush. He really takes his time, explaining things as he goes along. He also agreed to return for a reinspection once the problems found on the inspection are remediated. Two thumbs way up for DJs Home Inspections! Thank you Dave!

Dave is excellent his reports are very thorough. He is very polite and informal. Very prompt and on time he has inspected 3 potentials home for us. Very affordable! Very professional as well he gives you pre inspection contract and has everything he needs! Go dave!
