I did not get what was promised. I responded to an add that said 1 story home for $120.00. I called him, and he questioned me about what type of siding I had. When I gave him the info, he said he'd have to charge me $250.00. I was unhappy, but continued the conversation. I told him that I could not do that. He started to tell me how good he was, and that I couldn't get another powerwasher that knew they were doing and that they could ruin my house. He said it takes several hours to do the job right. At that point, I agreed. I talked him down to $240.00 because I would pay him cash. He showed up. He was there for about 1 hour from the time he got out of his truck to the time he left. He was rushing to another job. He asked me to look at the job. I didn't know what I was looking. I am a senior citizen and I don't know what a "good" powerwashing job looks like. I had a painter coming in to paint trim, and he said it wans't a good job. I couldn't even see out of my windows. I made some calls, tried to have him back. He said that's how he does it and I mentioned he said it takes him a long time. He said he just got it done in an hour. Turns out, he does have a bad reputation in the community.
