I've never been without propane, thanks to them. They've always been right on the ball.

Our experience with Senn Oil has been one of satisfaction and appreciation. As new customers, our calls for service were handled quickly and professionally. Their employees are all neat, courteous, competent, professional, and careful to leave the work area as clean or cleaner that the manner in which it was found, even when those service calls were performed in the middle of the night. Most calls for service or delivery are handled on the same day or, on occasion, the next day, but only if we inform them that our call is not emergent and can be handled the next day. While Senn Oil isn't the least expensive provider in the area, their prices are competitive and they sell quality products.
In short, we have no reservations about recommending Senn Oil for any of the services they provide.

They put mats down so as to not track dirt into the house. They also installed a thermostat with the furnace, but it was not the right temperature. They came back and installed another one, but it is not reading correctly, either. Otherwise, I am pleased with my experience with them. The oil prices seem high, but I think that it is standard industry prices, unfortunately.
