Joe guided us through the process of home owners claims and finding a reputable contractor to fix the leak. Joe was available throughout the process and responded to a million and one questions with professionalism and speed! I would highly and confidently recommend HS Restorations!

He was knowledgeable and polite. No charge for estimate. It went magnificently. He was prompt, equipped, and every informed.
Description of Work: He evaluated the stained ceiling, examined the appoliance that was above it. had little instruments to measure mildew humidity, and determined that nothing major was necessary.

poorIy. I had, still have, a persistent odor in my condo. We tore out the rugs , poured bleach solution down the roof plumbing vents and bathroom drains , too no avail. We brought in HS restoration on the advice of our contractor . HS stated he was very experienced . We were told by our inspector there were no mold/mildew issues so we were not looking for that air test but HS did a mold mildew test with our authorization. He found nothing, as expected but we paid it. He then stated it was an "organic smell ( what ever that means) maybe human odor. and his bomb works 96% of the time" It did not work. Only smelled like and odor covered with bleach until that dissipated weeks later .As an aside there were two small superfical suspect mold areas in on bathroom wall and even after 1000.00 but he put on us to get rid of it!! He should have removed them right upon discovery.

 + -1 moreJob went smooth. Gentalman were respectful and curtious,Uniformed and clean and neat while doing work at my home. They came out each day to check readings and to make sure all is going good.
Description of Work: Had a flood in laundry room. Walls and floor were wet. Removed all laminate floors ,drywall,base trim. Used air movers to dryout areas affected from water damage . Also used a hehue to draw any water in the areas.
