I've been using them for about a year. I got hold of them through another family member. I feel like he really cares about the animals and not in it to get a lot of money. He's very much into educating people. He spends a lot of time explaining what he's doing and why he thinks whatever is wrong with the animal.

I take my pets here, my friends take their pets here - the staff is wonderful! Dr Hagen has talked me out of expensive treatments that he felt were not effective. My last vet in Galloway charged me an arm and leg for meds before her tests came back showing negative! Trustworthy, compassionate and and very respectful of your time.
They have late and Saturday hours. I always receive a reminder call the day before. I have one cat who bit every vet tech who ever tried to hold him, these ladies are cat whsperers - no teeth.
You may like your vet and his/her office but you will LOVE Cologne Animal Hospital.
