I have used them twice now and they did some good work for me and I'm very happy with them. They were all very nice. If you have any problems they took care of them right away like if you notice anything that you didn't like at the time they took care of it. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was filled up the way it should be. They're very cooperative. They work on big and small jobs.

As I stated previoulsly, it didn't go. I don't know how the people on your site get there, but I'm very dissatisfied and would not reccomend. I was considering inquiring as to how to be affiliated with your company because I'm a horse trainer and offer many equine related services, however now I'm not so sure.

The owner, George, was very rude to me on the phone. I had spoken to him previously about getting an estimate. He told me that he charges $75 for estimates. I let him know that I would get back to him if I was interested. He left a message two days later and asked me to call him back. When I did, he said that he phoned as a follow up. I confused him with another company who I made an appointment with and asked him if he was coming out on Monday. He raised his voice at me and told me that I was wasting his time (he never even came for an estimate) then hung up on me.

Our experience with George Pinnell, the owner of American Craftsmen Construction, LLC has been excellent.  The work described above was completed over the course of approximately one month during December and January in 2010-2011.  George and his crew did a great job, and their attention to detail and the suggestions he made during the process made working with him a great experience.  The jobsite was kept clean and organized, and the work area was cleaned up at the end of every day.  We always knew when he or his crew would be on site, and if not, why not, which helped keep stress to a minimum.
Our experience with George actually began in 2002, when we hired him to do a re-roof on the shore house based solely upon his quote package and the completeness of the information in it.  The job was done, and we never actually met George until we contracted with him again in 2010.  Since he finished the work at the shore, we have had him put a new roof and siding on our primary residence as well as had him install a new roof on my mother-in-law's house before she sold it.  George stands behind his work, and will do whatever is necessary to satisfy his customers.  While his pricing is competitive, you may pay a little more with George, but the quality of his work and the  peace of mind in knowing the job will be done right is definitely worth the difference.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY DID SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAID AND GOT THE WORK DONE VERY NICELY. THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED THEM TO DO. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
