Amazing. The work Window and Door performed completely transformed our house. They replaced all our windows and did our siding. From the start they took their time with making sure I had all the necessary details for my project (Siding options, window options, comparison of different brand) and it really gave me comfort in know it was making the best value decision. One thing that really stood out to me is the fact they wanted to remove my original siding before putting on the new siding. Too many contractors told us "since its asbestos we will put the siding over". These guys did it the right way and I'm very glad they did Additionally, the quality of the material used for our windows and siding was top notch. Would absolutely refer them to any and everyone I can.

I contacted Window & Door Outlet in December 2018 and left several messages. My call was finally returned and an appointment was scheduled for window measurements. Since New Year's Eve was approaching, I was told that I would receive a follow-up call with an estimate after New Year's Day. I never received a call and left several messages. After three weeks of waiting, I contacted Lifetime Aluminum. The sales rep. came over that Saturday, took measurements and my deposit. Within 4 weeks I received a call that my windows were in and they will be installed on Monday, Feb. 25. This is how a reputable company handles business!

I hired Window & Door Outlet to replace nearly all of the windows in my home. Sam was very helpful and not at all pushy. After shopping around I went with Window & Door Outlet as the Sunrise Windows that they sell seemed to have some of the best performance characteristics, warranty, and overall positive reviews. The price was also very competitive. Installation of 25 or so windows took 2 days and was scheduled 2-3 weeks after the order was placed, just as anticipated. I was very pleased working with Sam and the ordering process but the installation has some room for improvement. The installation crew was not Window & Door employees, which I was not aware of. They didn't do a great job protecting and dented or loosened a handful of the window sills as they pryed out the old windows. They also left bits or insulation, vinyl, and shards of glass in the yard. They got the job done and were friendly but there is room for improvement. Also as an FYI.... I opted to get low-e glass since the additional cost was minimal. The low-e coating that Sunrise uses is not great visually (in my opinion). It has a pronounced green tint to it, though others may not find the tint to be an issue. We're getting used to it. In the photo the left window is an original window that hadn't been replaced yet and the right is the new Sunrise window with low-e coating. Overall I was pleased with Window & Door Outlet and would use them again as well as recommend them to others, though request a different installation company.

It went great! The gentlemen that came to install the doors (almost exactly three weeks from the time we ordered them!) were quick and efficient. They were done within a couple of hours and cleaned up after themselves completely. It was a great experience and we are very, very happy with all the doors that now work.

The guy knew what he was talking about. He explained things. I had to go off site to actually see the doors. It would be better if I could get the price of the doors on the brochure ahead of time. The brochure didn't have any pricing.

Was scheduled for a 9:00 start time. The crew was in front of the house at 8:50, ready to go!

I found the staff to be very polite and friendly.

Once inside, they draped the work areas with their own blankets. (Thats a big +)
They then started to remove the windows that had to be replaced, removing it, then replacing it with a new one. 
Once all windows were replaced, they were checked for fit and sealed.

They removed all of their garbage and took the old windows with them and vacuumed the work areas (another +) prior to leaving.
They double checked with me, regarding any issues, prior to leaving. (I found none!!)


Overall, I would highly recommend this company to do window work.. from start to finish, the process was seamless.. 

I will be back for some siding in the near future..

Door was measured so new one could be custom made. It was receieved in the time frame quoted and an installation date was set up. Installation was quick, but great. Professional and neat installers. Would definitely hire them again for future work.

Meticulous attention to detail.  I was very impressed by David and his associate.  They arrived on time and began work immediately.  Both were very professional and personable.  They took every precaution to minimize the dust and debris from the tear-down.  Clean-up so precise, you'd never know they'd ripped the entire door frame out and rebuilt it.   David also took the time to make some repairs to my storm door so that the fit would be perfect.  The door (with inside grid and blind) is not only beautiful but well-insulated.  Would I use them again, absolutely!!

Called Friday May 29, 2015 to schedule an estimate for stone veneer job, was told Sam would meet me at my house on Monday June 1, 2015...no show. Called later that same morning & was told Sam would stop by later that afternoon...no show! Nothing else to say! Rude, unprofessional and just plain not cool. If you don't want the job just tell me.

It was done quickly and efficiently. Ten years later and we still like the windows and front door.

Scheduling the estimate was straight forward and the gentleman who came was prompt and professional. He did the estimate and described the type of work they do with no pressure sales. They delivered a detailed estimate via email and an additional follow up email with a short video of a past job. Price was a little higher then we wanted to spend.

Very professional, on time, threw in free lock and rounded down to nearest 100 in price. Their price was cheaper than that of an inferior door installer. Will definitely get windows from the in next year or two. Also want to get shutters to match door. I highly recommend. Sam was my salesman and was great.

All windows and a patio door installation was done very professionally and on schedule.  Installation crew were very cooperative and did a very good job in replacing all windows and a patio door.  I would highly recommend this provider for future installation need.

From beginning to end (including a couple of additional calls) Chuck and the installation crew were great!  They were responsive, helpful, honest and professional from the estimate visit through to the finished product. We are very happy with our new windows and have gone through last year's very cold winter and two summers without problems.

We kind of used him as a yard stick, to compare to other companies estimates. They came when they said they would come.
