We did not get installation services through them but just purchased the carpet and had it installed using our contractor. The carpet and padding were really good. We have used Empire in the past but the carpet and padding quality are definitely superior here. It turned out to be cheaper than other big competitors. We had some issues with the delivery and the carpet was delivered 2 days late. It was an issue for us because we had contractors on site who were expecting timely delivery. If timeline is not an issue, I highly recommend this place.
