The crew arrived on time. They did a fair job of cleaning the windows, but they could have done better. The attention to detail was lacking. Used a coupon for the service. I might hire them again, but would have to supervise their work carefully.

They were fabulous, very nice people. They are so wonderful, very thorough, cordial and quiet. It was a pleasure to have them in the house. I am calling them back to see if they will come back out for a Spring cleaning.

These guys did a great job and went out of their way to provide excellent service.

The service person arrived..told me about the extra charge...again no problem. I asked how long the entire power washing would be, he told me 90 minutes...I thought that it sounded a little fast because 6 months ago I hired a company off Angie's list that were incredible..they did my decks and sidewalks and they were here 6 hours...well I figured he must know what he's doing I was home the entire time. Now it's been a few days and I got a chance to look over the entire house..he wasn't on my roof and there is a section of siding that can only be reached by getting on this roof to Power Wash this section..I went along the back and most of the upper areas of the siding were never cleaned. Overall the quality of the work was sub par.

They were excellent. They were prompt, cordial, professional and reasonable. My windows looked terrific when they were done! I would definitely used them again.

Really well, everything looks great. Windows were washed inside and out and screens and tracks were cleaned. What a treat, to have all of that done in a couple of hours!

I took out all the screens so all they had to do was clean the windows inside and out and clean the sills. They did not even wipe the sills down.

Rescheduled 3 times, clearly room for improvement there. Once at work it went relatively well

Overall, it went very well. There were a couple of dried on stains from bird droppings that did not come completely off with the pressure washer, but they were low enough to the ground that I was able to remove them with a scrub brush. Everything else cleaned up very well.

I would definitely hire them again.

It went well, they knew what they were doing, worked hard and had high standards.

Very nice young men. Overall windows were cleaned well. My only issue was that sills were also supposed to be cleaned at the same time and 4 out of 13 were not done. I didn't realize until they had left. I'd use them again but would be sure to inspect before they left.

They did a good job. I had to call them and make an appointment so they could work with my schedule, but it wasn't long. There were no additional charges. He even cleaned the window that I didn't ask him to do because he happened to be in the area. I thought the cost was very reasonable. I would consider using them again.

Very nice people. Did a good job and very fast.

Very responsive, they called several times to schedule the work but I wasn't ready. on quality, some windows WOW, never saw them so clean, others not so much but to be fair they said that they couldn't get to some because the windows would not tilt in. Same with the house, some areas not as good as I would have liked, but looks much better. Still, overall very pleasant, well supplied. Would use again.
