He unclogged a stopped gutter. He returned my call right away, came within 2 days at the precise time he said he would, and called when the job was done. The price was fair, he was very pleasant and professional, 5 stars!

Two roofing layers had to be removed. John and his crew found lots of damaged, moldy, blackened wood underneath the tiles. The wood had to be replaced and John used the best materials. He also used better quality black felt, and installed a better fan. He phoned me from the store to say that the fan he wanted to get was out of stock, and he'd have to buy the more expensive one, that probably would be better suited for the size of my attic. He let me know it would cost more before he went ahead and purchased it. He was asking for my permission, and I appreciated that. He did lots of work by the gutters, too. Lots of damaged wood behind the gutters. He replaced the wood, so that in years to come the gutters would not be pulling apart from the house. He also accommodated my request to move the rainwater to the right side of the house, instead of the current set up where there were downspouts on both sides of the second floor. He installed 6" gutters (commercial grade) to accommodate all of the water. They did a great job cleaning up the yard every step of the way. The work was done in the winter on the more milder days.
