I recently hired the Metuchen/Edison branch after our sewer line backed up into our house. The owner came out that afternoon and gave me a very fair quote and had his guys come over that day and clean up the entire basement by that evening. The guys worked very hard and the work was great. Unfortunately, when it came time for the owner to pick up the dehumidifier several days later, he was extremely rude and yelled at me on the phone because I did not make myself available between 9-5 (I got home from work at 6 and told him they could come over at any time that evening). Overall, they get an A for work and an F for the owners rude unprofessional behavior.
